Description

In 2014 New Mandatory Child Safety Requirements were released for Internal Blinds to prevent children and animals from being strangled by loops and pull cords. This required us to dispose of all our stock. Since the change only a few manufacturers have produced a new complete system that has been tested and complies with the new regulations.

This cassette blind system with a roller pulley has been tested to the new British Standards and does comply.

We stock the system in 60mm, 90mm, 120mm and 150mm widths. Wider systems or bespoke sizes are available to order.
Full instructions for assembly are contained within the pack. The blind can be fitted within the window recess or above.
All you need to add to this cassette system is the length of roman blind rods that you require, split rings, roman blind tape, some sew-in loop tape and of course your fabric.

WARNING – Subject to new BSEN13120:2009+A:2014 Standards chains may not be lower than 150cm from the floor. Customers not supplying the installation height (the vertical distance from the floor to the mounting height of the rail) can only receive chains made to a maximum drop of 100cm. It then remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure all chains are adjusted correctly when fitted.

UK Delivery

Mainland UK dispatch is by Royal Mail or with a Carrier on a 24 or 48 hour service as appropriate (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, at busy times please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. (A longer delivery period may be quoted for bespoke products or items not in stock).

Orders received after 1pm may not be dispatched until the following working day.

Please note: Aerosols can only be sent by carrier at the higher carriage rate, not by Royal Mail.
